Holy crap I just put out a email two hours ago to all my friends and associates encouraging them to buy NTEK. If this stock falls 25% tomorrow based on further dilution, I really look like a fool trying to convince others to buy since I already am over $80K in the hole here. We were told at SHM that financially the company was sound and there are no plans to increase the A/S further. So if there is a big deal pending requiring another 400 million shares that recently was negotiated it should be disclosed as soon as possible.
