Here's the next lie that will be told elsewhere:
Within days they will claim that Rosen not issuing a press release that they are withdrawing the suit means that Rosen is going to fight the case, and of course in their, um, "brown"-colored glasses (euphemism for the actual color/substance), they'll claim that means that CTIX has no grounds and is doomed, Doomed, DOOMED ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Everyone must realize that law firms move at a glacial pace. I expect it to be a month minimum before we hear anything more. Rosen's a large enough firm that they'll have to have corporate governance meetings to craft a reply. Then they will try to drag it out as long as they can.
Remember, the short cabal needs time to cover.
