This is what I was referring to -- we have x amount in float and x amount on shelf - even though shelf shares are reg - they not included in float - Those extra 200mm or so will be used to pay down debt without having to borrow from loan sharks or for expanding brand -- We are in one great spot due to their forward thinking - and trust me this is a well conceived plan
