If they do, there would, in effect, be no recourse for Baltia to push the issue, nowhere they could go with it, and the FAA could continue just sitting on this waiting for it to hatch.
To a lot of us, that's what already FEELS like is happening, LT. We aren't behind the scenes, but looking at it from here, it feels like they're essentially saying "yeah, what are you going to do about it?"
It's just starting to feel like there's something unscrupulous going on, and we don't have the resources to do anything about it.
