Many of us have speculated that part of the agenda of the shorts was to try to force CTIX into making a bad deal.
We have funding to make it through all the clinical trials (I think it was sometime next summer before we need money again). We should have at least one trial result, and probably several more than that, well before that time.
No hurry to make a deal. Yes, it would shoot the stock price skyward. I'm willing to wait a few more months for the shorts to get theirs, if by doing so we get a better deal.
