I have no intention for any sort of lawsuit, it is a huge endeavor that requires a lot of money and a lot of work, I don't see any sort of need for that here. I don't think Pope is a crook, a little sloppy, yes, and that's what I would like to see him fix.

What happened with the other ticker was a completely different situation that isn't relevant to what we have here. The only relevance to it in my post was that I wasn't someone who just bitched on a message board.

Although you may not appreciate it, respectfully you don't speak for everyone, and I think most everyone agrees that the spam crap on our company website is unprofessional. It shouldn't be this hard to bring that to our CEO's attention.
