I just got off the phone with her. She stated the new auditors were still putting the finishing touches on the financials and she is hoping they would be done soon. I then asked about the news. She once again said the negotiations for the deal went extremely well and that she is hoping to close the deal by next week.

I asked her about what she said as far as it being out this week (last week I called her and she stated "fins and news next week I hope) and she said the auditors are in control of the financials, not her. She can only go by what they say.

And in regards to the new deal coming. Huge deals like this can take months to be approved by both sides.

This isn't like other OTC stocks. This is an actual company. Not some dude in his moms basement. Be patient.
