Hutch, with all due respect, I think what happens is that , especially, when speaking with a CEO, sometimes the excitement of the progress will sometimes cause the CEO to release information to an individual which has not been made public, and material to the company. So, if that individual releases that information to others and not everyone, and that information can be traded on as a buy or sell.....it gives advantage to a singular group and not the whole of the shareholders. It would not be the individual that held the responsibility for said information, but the CEO. That is why anyone would have concern about it IMO. Just trying to clear the air here on that issue.
