According to the TA, NTEK share structure has not changed for more than two weeks.
As of yesterday:
SH Authorized: 1,390,000,000
SH Outstanding: 1,386,727,099
Unrestricted: 1,356,548,523
So apparently some shareholder(s) with a lot of shares is dumping them for a week now. Restricted shares hasn't changed either, so it's all free trading.
