Can someone post this on iHub? I can't. Everything that follows is a legitimate DD to refute tattle.
Tattle, good thing you posted and stickied your own post about those regulations! I looked into it via the link you pasted (thanks!) and upon further review it seems we're not late on filing at all since no one knows anything about the financing yet. On the PR, it says they "entered into a binding term sheet and definitive agreements". More research onto the topic might come up with this:
ABOUT BINDING TERM SHEETS: https://vcexperts.com/definition/term-sheet
Since we don't know if it was materialized, yet, we can't make assumptions that it's late. Here's the low down straight from the articles you provided about filing and materialization dates:
.
SEC WEBSITE: http://www.sec.gov/divisions/corpfin/form8kfaq.htm
FORM FILING FAQ: http://imgur.com/81WItK1
If you have the time I suggest reading up on some more of the FAQ. They're extremely handy and easy to understand. Thanks again for providing the links to refute your claims.
