I think Drano said the company released news of the shareholders mtg earlier then they wanted. But if they didn't pr it today, it woulda been tomorrow or Friday.

The whole thing is fu$&ed. If they release a pr tomorrow retracting the part about Menon and the mtg, it's gonna be ugly.
