Deletions of posts that are on-topic as supposedly "off topic" in order to trigger someone's posting restriction is a violation of their own TOS. Yet, just like Seeking Alpha, even though they know something is wrong, they won't correct it.

One should ask himself/herself why. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to make a pretty good guess.
