If anyone listened to Gerald's presentation yesterday he again deviated from what he said two weeks ago at the Aegis. Two weeks ago he hinted that a strategic transaction was expected this Q4. Yesterday he walked that back to say that they are positioning themselves for a transaction but didn't state one would be had this quarter. Why does this guy continue to step in it? He obviously hasn't learned a thing and reinforces the fact that he is unable to tell the truth.
