On the bright side, if it's going up the chain of command, it would have only taken one "no/fail" to stop the buck & end all the delays - maybe's & yes's are what keep it going. All along I felt the long wait was good sign, but have to agree that at this point it's just ridiculous.
I can't fathom a fail after all this delay.
