Unfortunately Lying is not a violation of the TOS. In fact, I had an admin reply to me that, "Truth is subjective". I'm sorry, but someone saying repeatedly that there is a lawsuit against a company, or, I sold all of my shares (8 times), can easily be seen as a poster who is Lying. Whether to manipulate or not, the credibility of the site is destroyed by not only allowing, but defending such as being within the TOS.
