I agree with you Roger. Having the audited financials in (got to be close) will help get the QB uplisting underway. After that's complete, it's a matter of giving the company time to focus fully on sales rather than bureaucracy (uplisting, audits, paying off convertibles, etc.) Then we can look to jump to higher exchanges yet.
