Just as I thought and with that said
1. If there are 400,000,000 NSS as someone previously stated to be converted and Casey indicated 289,500,000 shares trade after the halt. Some of those shares were bought by members of this board. Let's just assume for arguments sake that there are still 150,000,000 NSS held. If the merger price of $.27 goes through the 150,000,000 NSS would owe $40,500,000 (150,000,000 x .27 = 40,500,000)This would definitely be a reason for Fraud hub to continue trying their best to drive the price to no bid!
