I saw the hold call.
These are intended for big hedge funds that are risking millions so theyre not going to drop millions on a penny stock without a buy rating. A hold is definitely a positive for them to keep their on eye on this company so they're ready to pull the trigger.
For retail stock buyers this makes sense. Keep buying on speculation if you want but we have to keep that realistic expectation in mind that companies small like this can fail, so a hold seems like a fair value.
No reason to sell, too much good happening!
