It's has to be obvious to all that the requested and promised access to the documents with regards to the Hemptech/IFXY transaction do not exist.

Please supply the IFXY/Hemptech agreement as you've stated you would on FB. It's a legitimate question that you've said you will clear up by supplying the related documents;

Either the documents exist or they do not. Your silence and refusal to post it is very telling.
Why would they not supply the document as they stated they would?
