This is a good one CJ. I don't think I saw this one. They certainly hit on SMS, so that part of the statement was accurate. They've also hit on the silence part as a means to protect themselves and are following through. It would seem to me that they still have the intent to file the annual report EOY, so patience as BC said, is a virtue.
