It exists as a company. A company can have no assets and still exist.
It's pretty obvious that FINRA halted the ticker when COR initiated the lawsuit. Obviously that was the issue with the dividend clearance.
I'm still of the opinion that the dividend was legitimate; DTCC was satisfied, and the resulting fallout between COR and CRGP will be handled between them.
There might be more investigation later, but I doubt the SEC will waste time on this situation.
