Over a period of six months, more than a 42% of the entire A/S, and according to their disclosure all "restricted common stock", has gone through Royal Capital directly into the float. And that's close to all shares that were added by the two recent A/S increases.
Still not a word of explanation as to who Royal Capital is, and why this construction. But we will be getting news "soon", as well as two-weekly updates from NTEK now. What about the three-monthly CC's by the CEO that never made it, except for the first ? Who's the current CEO anyway ?
Can't believe NTEK still passes IR the "coming soon" carrots for him to hang in front of our noses.
