We have discussed reasons to the nth degree what the hold up might be, all of which are logical thoughts.
If we look at the emergency landings last few years, slides failing to open 100%, properly no less, has been on the boob tube...I mean flat screen.
The FAA has a tiger by the tail IMO.
Passing the Baltia cert, needs a careful plan when all the details leak.
Just this old man's opinion in mud slide California.
