This must be really difficult to watch.
I drove down to the site and talked to the guy working for Butte Construction and asked what was on tap. I was informed they are bringing in select fill next week for the foundations and also will be installing the septic system.
Apparently they are going to put the security fencing up next.
one of the contingent requirements for the building permit was ample water and .....
The State Dept. of Water Resources approved the Huerfano County Water Conservancy District (HCWCD) Supplemental Substitute Water Supply Plan (SSWSP) Augmentation Plan the week of August 10, 2015.
can't start construction work, including site preparation without a building permit and as the press release on Sept. 28th said
On Friday, September 25, 2015 the Huerfano County Building & Codes Department approved and issued the initial building permit to NuGro Industries for site preparation and construction of the Nexus Greenhouse at the Colorado Buffalo Ranch Filing No. 5-Lot 61.
