TA deadline to respond is 10-21. Man, this is getting dragged out, the reversal deadline will be here before you know it and shareholders will keep their divys. (That's my prediction). Also strange that since COR's attorneys who drafted the Receiver motion and brief withdrew, COR has not initiated any action on the docket.... Maybe they all just gave up.
