So the paid bashers have created a fake website claiming that shares sold to the Royal Capital Group were actually sold to Dave Foley because the phone number between their fake website and Nanotech Media match. The website is pathetic with basically one page: http://roycapgp.com/

I looked for some history on the webpage and it appears it didn't exist a month ago. I'm not too savvy with researching web domains, but this is clearly a attempt to mislead investors.
