Some exciting news for our investors:
1- We are signing transfer agent agreements for both CB Scientific and HempTech. We will also be filing for SEC related IDs for edgar and other related concerns for both companies. This will be a prelude for an IPO on both.
2- CB Scientific is working with a major distribution channel in Europe with an eventual offices.
3- HempTech will be showcasing a revolutionary new product in days to come that will change the state of the grow industry.
4- Most importantly we are all excited with our new endeavor with the energy and chill drinks. We are progressing at warp speed every day.
