The concept of their being any kind of short position still open is a little too hopeful in my opinion. Any short position could cover for close to a 99% profit at this point. You may argue that there aren't any shares left because people are holding on to them but the stock is still trading and has been for a while since the halt, so over the last two months the shorts would've had plenty of time to cover for huge gains. The best we can hope for is a positive PR directly from the company. With their current lack of transparency I don't see that being in the cards for us but only time will tell.
