Janice Shell and crew imo, took short positions just before the halt. They had a hand in the halt, imo and want the stock to go to zero (no bid) so they never have to buy shares. Maybe because they can't really buy enough. They are in the business of killing stocks for profit, imo. CRGP isn't the first one I've seen them do this to.
