I have heard it repeated that You must personally request the certificates from the Trading Companies that hold them for You.

Otherwise they are available for naked shorting if that Company holds them.

That is my point of View.

I don't think any daytraders[flippers] will do that.

I do too much spot buying that it is not worth the mess.

Maybe We should transfer our shares to those companies that are being punished for illegal shorting.

That way, we know thay cannot be shorted.
