Not true - it was up at .0017 as recently as April 6 - .0009>.0017 on just 48M vol and see my alert below about 272M bought on the ask at .0002 on October 8.
Most of those .0002s have been sold now and most new holders have .0003 or .0004 - obviously there will also be bag holders much higher mainly in the .0009>.0012 range.
