I think the ruling will happen soon for a default judgment, though I speculate. I think that Ben Riley's motion and Alicja's letter, along with the email to the judge, are being considered and maybe that is why the ruling has not been made yet with respect to the default judgment. Who knows.
The Does that were named, I don't think they have been served or have they? If the Does do not know they are being sued, i.e. no one served them, then how can they defend themselves? I know default judgments can be overturned under special circumstances, for the Does.
