If you read thru this 10Q of the reverse merger, it will show you who Durand is on Ihub one of the biggest scumbags at Ihub, copied from filings " owned by two former directors of the Company, JW Roth and David Lavigne. The parties closed the Sale on July 27, 2012. Buyer paid $10,000 and assumed all liabilities of the Subsidiaries in exchange for all of the shares in the Subsidiaries owned by the Company. This scumbag tried to destroy the company, and is still trying. JW Roth would be the scum in question.
