This is where I am confused. I thought the judge has to determine the receiver motion, as the default judgment has already been determined and no longer need to consider the case to have merit. At least the default judgment ruling has been said.

Anyone know when the judge ruled on the default judgment? Or did the court take the clerks entry of default judgment?
