What you are doing is sighting American Law. The laws in Canada are much different and more stringent. As it stands now both the CEO and David Chalk would win hands down in a liable suit if filed in Canada, and as the internet travels across borders it is as if it was written by their next door neighbor. The next question is ... is it worth it?
With one of the distractors owning a house valued at $158,000 and a mortgage of $100,000 on it, by the time the court settled it would not net much to the plaintiff. (I have done my homework)
The other distractor I have not discovered yet, but having a cyber intelligence company has it's advantages if need be.
The important thing to remember is that once we are underway if it continues there will be all kinds of holy hell reign down on these people if I have my way. Or if the financiers get wind of it and assess that it is causing interference.
For now it is just idiots dwelling in their own self made glory pit, like a bunch of pigs rolling in the mud, the mud will stick to their fur.
