COR already has won the default judgment and the question is going to be how any judgment is going to play out in regards to the "pending" merger. I am not going to speculate on that. If the merger is not completed and will be complete by February then they could possible interfere with that transition. I am not a lawyer (but I played one on TV) so I don't know the intricacies involved in this.
