SNXG ~~~>> entered into an agreement to acquire precious metal mining and production operations in South East Asia with an investment platform comprising Indonesia and the Philippines.
The Company expects that the newly acquired operations will closed by the end of September, 2015 and be fully operational and profitable by October 2015.
