Over the last nearly three years I've been with ntek, one thing I noticed is they may delay and delay promises for unforeseen reasons in or out of their control that we may never know the exact reason for, but at the end of the day whether its a week later or months and months delayed later, ntek does what it says.
Good grief, after three years. He must have amnesia, or not a clue what they all promised.
Heck, even the Alexa ranking is heading in the wrong direction now, especially the US rank.
As for answers, don't count on IR.
