How many think Leo and Dr. M should return their 2015 bonus?
I've written Leo several times that a return of that money is in order.
From 2013 to 2015 they gave themselves a $300K plus salary a raise the next year and a bonus this year. Now the stock has to go up over 200% to get to where it was Dec. 31 2014.
I intending to bring a shareholders demand to the December meeting requesting a return of all bonuses. I also want to know what the day to day work load is for all employees.
Leo has responsibility for the current share price, Back in July prior to the SA hit article, I wrote him that he was playing right into Short sellers hand; via promises not keep on updating the whole product line, news updates mentioned in June that would raise the share price over $4.00 for uplisting. The whole mis-step with uplisting.
The ridiculous printed stated that he was saving shareholders money by not hiring someone to answer the phone. Taking CTIX off the OB market, not being prepared to uplisted during the two months we traded over $4.00.
Having his country club members as independent board members.
Although the trials are moving forward, we as shareholders who have stayed the course have paid a big price.
I admit I'm angry and disappointed, But do feel Leo has made a mess of the share value this whole year, a year of delays.
What am I not seeing that I should be happy about?
