Now that the motion for leave is listed on the docket, COR will file a response, and then the Court will have to issue an order whether to allow the brief or disallow it. Regardless, now the litigation is practically stalled and the chances of DTCC reversal deadline approaching before any order on the appointment of a receiver is really high. Besides Ben's motion, court still needs to implement the notice procedures contemplated in COR's brief which would give notice to affected parties, allow for responses and answers and a hearing all of which must happen before 11-13... TIGHT deadline here and Benny's motion made the deadline even tighter....
