They raised $750K earlier this month and seem to be raising money by issuing shares into the open market. That is a little money.
But they appear to be banking on a DX "strategic transaction" raising the funds to continue after the well runs dry.
Otherwise, it is additional Series H (or, God forbid, Series I).
