I disagree. Another RS to meet the uplist price requirements would result in a share structure that is prohibitive to institutional investment (not enough shares available).
It seems to me the only course of action at this point is to bring revenue through asset sales or partnering and bring the share price higher with the current share structure, then complete the uplist.
The RS was a calculated gamble that failed, and now we're paying the price. Had there not been a month-long delay in the voting quorum resulting from late proxy deliveries, I believe we'd already be uplisted and not having these issues with share price.
Because I believe the situation is temporary, I will continue to accumulate shares and continue to lower my average cost basis. But I certainly understand everyone's frustration and not wanting to put any more money into this investment.
