FRANKFURT (MarketWatch) — U.S. stock index futures traded higher Wednesday, boosted by consensus-beating quarterly results from Apple Inc. as investors await a statement from U.S. Federal Reserve policy makers and a news conference by Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke.
