thank you for checking .. i too am a cash acct and caught X Broker who did loan
out *shares* of another heavily (abusively) shorted OTC stock ..
sorry to sound so cynical .. but *they* are all for hire .. and almost *never* get caught
*they* can literally *loan* out shares .. for minutes if the price is right ..
next issue at hand for *all* is the deadline is approaching .. 10.29.15 ..
which means an 8K will be filed or P2O will bundle Eco's *info* into their Q (if filed early)
entities' don't know that outcome .. so odds are in *longs' favor* .. until either 10.29.15 or approx 11.4.15 ..
this week would be ideal for P2O to eviscerate .. we shall see
as i noted to another long this morning .. entities' *set up* this last round *early*
(Aug) .. which was done to try and control either outcome of Eco's revised
extension .. but equally clearly to me .. to set up the SMB *babble* of EOY
tax loss selling .. presuming Eco gets another extension
if folks are noting tapes of *trades* .. there is tremendous overlap day to day
and entities' are being forced to *mark* resets .. ever more frequently .. both
on the bid and ask side .. which is pretty much scraping bottom of the barrel
also note the *volume* (via averages) is almost non existent
again most longs have more *markers* than they ever anticipated .. and speaking
for myself only .. i'm unwilling to *add* any more markers unless PTOI is taken
down to approx 2c .. caveat of course mgmt continues to execute and file
my CB (cost basis) is sub 15c .. for personal acct
so i'm willing to *out last* daily efforts .. by patiently waiting out .. all aspects
