NEVER have we seen short sales only 14%. We've seen them as high as 56% though. No one will convince me that there is nothing meaningful about the huge percentage differences.

To me, that 14% short sale number would be about right for the market makers temporarily shorting something to make a market. I could believe that. 56% short sales though, no way is that just a market maker doing its job.
