On Friday, September 25, 2015 the Huerfano County Building & Codes Department approved and issued the initial building permit to NuGro Industries for site preparation and construction of the Nexus Greenhouse at the Colorado Buffalo Ranch Filing No. 5-Lot 61.
I would have to ask myself why anyone would spend as much as $500,000 and be in the process of site prep leading to greenhouse construction if they had no water
