I have called Joel before (Not lately ) but in my opinion that is not the answer .He has told me himself that he cannot tell me certain things because that would be insider information . Results to potential and current investors are the answer. With a phone call he answers one person with a PR or post he answers many with the same question .I know he watches this board so don't see why a very legitimate question cant be answered publicly . That is something I would think all investors are curious about
