Word around the beltway is that the Feds will remove THC from its current restrictions. It will be up to the states as to how to proceed with legalization, much the same as it was for alcohol after prohibition. The Feds will regulate and tax distribution, the same as they do with alcohol and tobacco.
Even the conservative republicans are getting on board with this. Many of their corporate donors are realizing the financial upside to legalization, and cash starved states (California, Nevada) are eyeing this as a much needed source of revenue.
RMH will have already positioned themselves to strike when the iron gets hot, and will, potentially, dominate both the hemp health, and the THC market simultaneously.
