I'm confident that Kevetrin will shrink tumors big time when it's being dosed multiple times a week. This statement in the 10-K is very significant:
"We believe we have reached the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), but with no dose limiting toxicities in this cohort. Exposure to Kevetrin as measured by plasma concentrations have been achieved which are greater than concentrations shown to induce apoptosis in non-clinical studies."
Don't forget that K is delaying/shrinking human cancers in mice. Xenograft models are excellent indicators of efficacy in humans. However, xenograft models are not good indicators of toxicities or allergic reactions in humans. Well, now we know that K is well-tolerated at the dosage higher than the dosage used in xenograft models.

Yeah, and that is pretty exciting stuff! We still don't know what the optimized dosing will be! What happens when it's dosed more often and for a longer term? I really hope they ramp up the speed of the trials. There's so much riding on this for so many people needing help.
