bcap was a horror ride from start to finish. But we stood strong and took a stand.

BodyB you were always the one telling the truth about bcap. My final touch of DD may have blown bcap scam wide open... but i have to thank you for helping me even get in the right mindset.

I know my girl might hate this... but Bodybuilder4ever. You changed my life here at bcap. Ill never forget this.
